At KÄRNA, we are committed to delivering high-quality Pilates equipment and ensuring transparency in all our processes. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.
1. Orders
• We accept orders starting from 1 unit, with no maximum limit.
• For custom or out-of-stock items, delivery times range from 60 to 90 days. If delivery exceeds 90 days, a 20% discount will be applied to your order.
• Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations must be requested within 7 days. After this period, no changes or cancellations are allowed.
2. Payment Terms
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement.
• The remaining 50% balance is due once the equipment is ready and arrives at our facilities.
• Payments are accepted via ebanking or bank transfer.
3. Shipping
• Shipping costs are determined after consultation based on your location and order specifics.
• Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees related to shipping outside of origin country.
• We recommend discussing insurance options for shipping. KÄRNA is not liable for any damage or delays caused during transit or customs processing.
4. Quality Assurance
• All KÄRNA equipment is crafted using premium materials and undergoes rigorous quality checks.
• In the rare case of defects or damage upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days to discuss possible resolutions.
• Beyond this time frame, we cannot guarantee support for damaged products.
5. Warranty and After-Sales Services
• After-sales services, including maintenance and support, will be available starting May 2025.
• Equipment sold before this date is sold “as-is” without warranty coverage.
• Warranty terms and conditions will be introduced along with after-sales services.
6. Returns and Refunds
• No refunds are offered on any orders.
• Once production begins, deposits and payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
7. Delivery Delays
• If delivery exceeds 90 days for reasons within our control, a 20% discount will be applied to your order.
• Delays caused by external factors such as shipping carrier issues, customs, or natural disasters do not qualify for discounts.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
• All transactions are governed by Hellinic Law
• Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, arbitration, or local courts, as agreed upon by both parties.

1. Custom Orders: We offer customazitions uppon request. All customiziations affect shipping, cost and handling. Ask for more.
